Most people are intimidated by the home buying process because they don’t have a clue where to start. The first thing you want to do is contact a local lender to find out how much house you qualify for.  The lender will ask you a few questions and based on the information you provide they will be able to let you know within minutes if you qualify and how much you qualify for.  The best part is this won’t cost you a dime.  If for some reason you don’t qualify right away, the lender will let you know what you need to do in order to qualify, and you will have some homework to do.

Once you are prequalified based on your debt and income and your financial house is in order then you will contact me so we can start searching for your new home, and for a lot of people it could mean being in your new home in time for Valentine’s Day!!!
